In plain language

This website is a catalog, not a checkout. Nothing on it is a binding offer — an order exists only once we have confirmed availability, the total including delivery, and the date we expect it, in a message with you.

Most items are bought in for you from the United States and arrive with our next shipment. You can cancel free of charge until we place that shipment; afterwards the delivery charge you paid up front is not refunded. If something arrives damaged, wrong or expired, tell us within 7 days and we replace it — or refund you if you would rather not wait.

About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any sale we make to you. By browsing the site or placing an order you accept them. They do not affect any right you have under Bangladeshi law that cannot be excluded by agreement — in particular the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009 and the Sale of Goods Act 1930. Where anything below conflicts with such a right, the right prevails.

How an order is actually formed

Product listings on this site are an invitation to treat, not an offer. There is no cart and no payment page. The sequence is:

  1. You message us on Messenger, WhatsApp, or through the contact form.
  2. We tell you whether the item is already in Bangladesh or has to be bought in, quote the total including the delivery charge, and give you the date we expect it.
  3. You confirm you want it. That is the point the contract is formed, not before.
  4. You pay the delivery charge up front. If the item has to be bought in, we buy it with our next shipment; if it is here, we arrange delivery or collection straight away.
  5. The item reaches you — brought by us, by courier, or collected from us — and you pay the balance then.

We may decline an order — if the item can no longer be sourced, if the price shown was clearly wrong, or if we cannot deliver to your area. If you have already paid anything in that situation, we refund it in full, delivery charge included.

Prices, taxes and delivery charges

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi taka and include any tax we are required to charge. Delivery is charged separately, quoted to you before you confirm, and paid up front — we never add a charge afterwards. There is no free-delivery threshold. Prices can change without notice, but a price we have confirmed to you in a message is the price you pay for that order.

If a price is displayed with an obvious error — a decimal in the wrong place, a figure below our landed cost — we will tell you before proceeding and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling. We will not silently charge you more than the figure we quoted.

Delivery

Most of what we sell is not held in Bangladesh. It is bought to order from a named United States retailer, and orders are gathered and brought over as a single shipment carrying several customers’ items. A pre-ordered item normally reaches you about two to three weeks after you confirm. Anything already in Bangladesh is much quicker.

We give you an expected date. We do not promise one, and you should not read one into anything on this site. The wait turns on a foreign retailer, an international carrier and customs clearance, and it stretches around Eid, in heavy monsoon and when customs is slow. What we undertake is to tell you the date we expect, to tell you when the shipment lands, and to tell you promptly when it will be late. If a delay matters to you, you may cancel and we refund everything you have paid us, delivery charge included.

In and around our own area we deliver ourselves. Anywhere else in Bangladesh goes by courier. You may also collect from us in person at no charge. We do not ship outside Bangladesh.

Cancelling

You may cancel free of charge at any time before we place the shipment that carries your item. Just message us, and we refund the delivery charge in full.

After we have bought the item for you, you may still cancel, but the delivery charge you paid up front is not refunded. By that point it has been spent bringing your item into the country, and we are left holding stock bought specifically for you. This is the only money you can lose by changing your mind, and we state it before you pay rather than after.

This never applies where we are at fault. If the item is damaged, wrong, expired, not genuine, or we simply cannot deliver it, you get everything back including the delivery charge.

Returns, replacements and refunds

Cosmetics and skincare are hygiene-sensitive, so we cannot accept a return simply because you changed your mind after opening a product. What we do accept, without argument:

  • the item arrived damaged, leaking or broken;
  • we sent the wrong item, the wrong shade or the wrong size;
  • the item was past its expiry date on arrival, or expires implausibly soon;
  • the item is not genuine — in which case see our authenticity disclaimer, which sets out what we do about it.

Tell us within 7 days of receiving it, with a photograph. Our normal remedy is to replace the item at no further cost to you. Because we hold no stock, a replacement comes with our next shipment — normally about two to three weeks again. If you would rather not wait, or we cannot source it a second time, we refund you in full including the delivery charge. The choice between the two is yours. Refunds are issued within 10 days of us approving the return, by the same method you paid.

A sealed item returned unopened and undamaged for another reason may be accepted at our discretion, minus the delivery charge.

Product information

We transcribe ingredient lists, directions and sizes from the packaging of the batch we actually hold, and we take care over it. Manufacturers reformulate without notice, so always read the carton you receive rather than relying on this website. If you have a known allergy or a sensitive skin condition, patch test first.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Our guides describe what ingredients generally do; they are not a diagnosis and are not a substitute for a dermatologist. For persistent acne, melasma, a reaction, or any condition that concerns you, see a doctor.

Brand names

Product and brand names shown on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to identify the genuine goods we sell, which is permitted nominative use. T Roselle is an independent retailer and is not an authorized distributor, agent, franchisee or partner of any brand listed, and nothing on this site should be read as claiming otherwise.

Our own content

The writing, photography, layout and code on this site belong to us. You are welcome to link to it or quote a short passage with attribution. Please do not republish whole articles or copy the site wholesale.

Using this site

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the staff area, scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, submit automated form entries, or upload anything unlawful. Beyond the obvious, doing so may also engage the Cyber Protection Ordinance 2025.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality, for telling you honestly when we expect them, and for keeping you informed when that changes. Where we get that wrong, our liability is to replace the item or refund what you paid for it, including delivery.

We are not responsible for a reaction to a product used contrary to its directions or against medical advice, for delays caused by events genuinely outside our control, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Complaints

Write to complaints@troselle.com with “Complaint” in the subject. We acknowledge every complaint within 72 hours and aim to resolve it within seven working days. If we cannot resolve it between us, you retain your right to complain to the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
