You can start an order here, but confirmation happens in chat. We tell you whether the item is already in Bangladesh or coming with our next shipment, the total including delivery, and the date we expect it — all before any payment is made.

How long will my order take?

A few items are in Bangladesh already and reach you quickly. Most are bought to order in the United States and travel here as one shipment, normally about two to three weeks. That is an estimate rather than a promise — we give you the date we expect and tell you if it changes.

What if a product arrives damaged or is not what I ordered?

Tell us within 7 days with a photograph. We normally replace it, which means waiting for our next shipment — or we refund you in full including delivery if you would rather not wait. Refunds are issued within 10 days of an approved return.
