Its base is 63% sea buckthorn water, and it layers easily under moisturizer while keeping skin feeling comfortable and hydrated. Niacinamide at 5% and tranexamic acid at 2% work alongside two forms of vitamin C, 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid and ascorbic acid, plus alpha-arbutin to visibly brighten and even the look of skin tone. Centella asiatica leaf water, panthenol and hyaluronic acid help keep skin calm and moisturized. The brand recommends it for all skin types and suggests easing in slowly if vitamin C is new to you.
