Arencia's Retinal Booster Shot is a serum built around retinal, a vitamin A derivative listed at 200 ppm, supported by bakuchiol, caffeine and a blend of peptides that includes palmitoyl pentapeptide-4 and copper tripeptide-1. It is designed mainly for evening use and slips under moisturizer, helping smooth the feel of rough texture and refine the look of pores. Ectoin, ceramide NP, cholesterol and centella asiatica extract help support the moisture barrier and keep skin comfortable while it gets used to retinal, and niacinamide helps even the look of skin tone. It suits all skin types, including people new to retinoids who want smoother-feeling skin and a firmer-looking complexion.

Smooth a thin layer over freshly cleansed, dry skin before moisturizer, ideally at night. If you are new to retinoids, start every other day, and always finish with sunscreen when you use it in the daytime. Avoid layering it with vitamin C, strong actives or exfoliating products, and patch test before first use.
